The process begins with the Briefing & Specs stage, where the client provides technical requirements, target volumes, and local customs regulations. Next, during Sourcing & Sampling, IGI presents validated manufacturers and coordinates physical samples for lab approval. This is followed by the Audit & Financial Close phase, which involves on-site plant inspection, commercial triangulation setup, and document engineering prep. Finally, the cycle concludes with Production & Shipment, encompassing manufacturing monitoring, pre-shipment QC, document switching (B/L), and final dispatch verification.
